How Does the NinjaOne Pricing Calculator Work?

The ninjaone pricing calculator uses a transparent per-device model. Core RMM modules start at $3.00 per endpoint monthly for a standard-tier plan, with significant volume discounts as device count grows. Add-ons like unlimited ticketing, documentation, security, and backup/server licensing can be included at a per-device or per-server rate. Use the ninjaone pricing calculator to see exactly how endpoint count, selected features, and cloud storage affect your bill.

For example, managing 250 endpoints with Advanced Pro ($3.00/device), unlimited ticketing ($0.50/device), documentation ($0.40/device), SentinelOne security ($3.10/device), 5 backup servers ($30/server), and 10TB storage ($6/TB) would yield a clear calculation. There are no hidden fees. Use the ninjaone pricing calculator for all scenarios—monthly or annual spend, add-ons, and scalable MSP needs.

NinjaOne Pricing Formula (MathJax)

Total Monthly Cost Formula

\[ C_{\text{total}} = N \times (P_{\text{base}} + A_1 + A_2 + A_3 + ...) + S \times P_{\text{server}} + T \times P_{\text{TB}} \]

Where:

\(N\) = Number of endpoints monitored

\(P_{\text{base}}\) = Core per-device rate

\(A_1, A_2, A_3, ...\) = Add-on prices per device

\(S\) = Servers with backup

\(P_{\text{server}}\) = $30/server/month

\(T\) = Cloud storage in TB, \(P_{\text{TB}}\) = $6/TB/month

Example (250 devices, all add-ons):

\[ \begin{align} C_{\text{total}} &= 250 \times (3.00 + 0.50 + 0.40 + 3.10) + 5 \times 30 + 10 \times 6 \\ &= 250 \times 7.00 + 150 + 60 \\ &= 1,750 + 150 + 60 \\ &= \$1,960 \text{ per month} \end{align} \]
