When you add 10, the ONES digit stays the SAME, and the TENS digit goes up by 1!
✦ Formula:
Any Number + 10 = Add 1 to the Tens Place
Example: 7 + 10 = 17 (1 ten and 7 ones)
Example: 23 + 10 = 33 (add 1 to the 2 tens → 3 tens)
