How to use this Cambridge timetable

Administrative-zone accuracy matters as much as the date. Use the page as a planning index, then confirm the centre’s operational timetable.

1. Choose the right zone

Ask your exams officer for your Cambridge administrative zone, then filter the timetable before copying any date or session.

2. Match qualification and code

Use the qualification, syllabus/component and code together. Practical and language rows may be windows rather than fixed paper appointments.

3. Confirm centre details

Check reporting time, room, access arrangements, clashes and centre-set appointments against the official source and your school instructions.

Student checklist:
  • Record your qualification and administrative zone.
  • Save each paper/component code and session.
  • Mark fixed dates separately from windows.
  • Ask for exact practical or speaking appointments.
  • Check clashes with the exams officer early.
  • Recheck the official PDF before exam week.

Cambridge exam timetable FAQs

Answers to common questions about Cambridge IGCSE, O Level, AS Level, A Level, zones, windows and publication status.

What Cambridge qualifications are covered?

The timetable covers Cambridge IGCSE, Cambridge IGCSE (9–1), Cambridge O Level, Cambridge International AS Level and Cambridge International A Level rows that are published in the workbook.

Is Cambridge Pre-U included?

Cambridge Pre-U is included as a publication-status note, not as an upcoming timetable. It has been withdrawn and the workbook records zero upcoming Pre-U rows.

Which exam series are included?

The page includes the final November 2026 timetable for the UK and Administrative Zones 1–6, plus the published March 2027 timetable for Zone 4 (India/Romania).

How many timetable entries are on this page?

There are 2,331 unique rows in the workbook’s All Upcoming sheet: 2,196 November 2026 rows and 135 March 2027 rows.

Why are there different administrative zones?

Cambridge International publishes zone-specific timetables so secure exam content is protected across time zones. Centres must use the timetable for their own administrative zone.

Which zones are represented?

The workbook contains UK (Zone 3), Zones 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 for November, plus Zone 4 (India/Romania March series) for March 2027.

How do I find my centre’s zone?

Ask your exams officer or centre. The centre’s Cambridge administrative-zone designation is the authority for choosing the correct row and official PDF.

What does “Window” mean in the Session column?

A Window row gives the permitted date range for a practical, speaking or other centre-arranged assessment. Your centre sets the exact appointment or session inside that window where applicable.

What is a fixed examination?

A fixed examination is scheduled on a specific published date and AM, PM or EV session. Check the code, qualification and zone before adding it to a revision calendar.

Are June 2027 dates included?

No. The workbook states that Cambridge’s public June 2027 final timetable was not yet available as of August 17, 2026. No June date has been invented or mixed into this page.

Does Cambridge O Level have a March 2027 timetable?

The workbook’s March 2027 final timetable is for IGCSE and Cambridge International AS/A Level in Zone 4. O Level is not listed in that March timetable.

What does “Final” mean?

Final is the status recorded for the published timetable rows at the workbook report date. Cambridge can still issue updates, so centres should check the official source before exams.

How should I use the syllabus/component and code?

Match both fields to your statement of entry. A subject can have multiple papers, components, practical options or language components on different dates.

Why do some rows have no duration?

Window rows describe a date range rather than one timed paper, so the source may leave Duration blank. Use the centre’s instructions for the exact assessment appointment.

What is the March series for?

The March series shown here is the published Zone 4 timetable intended for centres in India and Romania. It is separate from the November and June series.

Where can I verify a timetable entry?

Open the Official Source link in the row or the Sources table, then confirm the current zone timetable with your exams officer.

What if two Cambridge exams clash?

Tell your exams officer immediately. The centre follows Cambridge’s clash, supervision and timetable instructions; students should not move an exam independently.

How can I turn this timetable into a revision plan?

Filter by qualification and zone, record the date/window, session, component code and duration, then add your centre’s exact reporting time and any practical or speaking appointment.
